COVID-19 Policy

If you have a booked wedding and the date falls within a lockdown, or government-mandated health guidelines that affect your plans, we are happy to put your booking on hold pending notification of a new wedding date.
We will do our best to accommodate your new wedding date, subject to availability. If flower and sundry orders have already been placed with suppliers, we are not able to refund monies for these items.
Upon booking you are required to pay a minimum booking fee of 20% of total invoice. This covers the administration fee for the quoting process, communication and design proposal. This is a non-refundable payment.
As government restrictions on social distancing and mask-wearing are now in place, if your wedding is less than 30 days away and you wish to fully cancel your order, 100% of the total invoice is payable in full. If you are able to give us at least 30 days notice, we are happy to cancel your order, and refund any monies paid, minus the 20% booking fee.
We understand this is a hard time for everyone and we try to be as understanding and accommodating as we can, however as a small business we must ensure we can survive through these trying times.
